The official Pokémon Tretta website has revealed a new set called: The Pokémon Tretta Set 4: The Mighty Power of Primal Reversion! (ザ・ポケモントレッタ04弾 ゲンシカイキの超パワー!). The set will be released in Japan on December 5th, 2014 and will feature Mega Evolutions and Primal Pokémon. Four Tretta were revealed and details have been added to our database. Further details will be revealed closer to the launch date.

The official Pokémon Tretta website has revealed that a Rotom will be distributed to players of Pokémon X and Y. While playing Pokémon Tretta Set 3, people can use the StreetPass function on their Nintendo 3DS to lure out the Rotom that has climbed into the Tretta machine. Once players have used StreetPass to build up enough electric power, they'll be given a Rotom from the Tretta Machine to their copy of Pokémon X or Y via local WiFi Mystery Gift. Having the games Pokémon X and Y, The Thieves and the 1000 Pokémon and Pokémon Battle Trozei installed on the players Nintendo 3DS can help fill the gauge up faster. Rotom will be available from October 15th, 2014 for the entire duration of Set 3.

The Rotom that is being distributed is: Level 10, has the OT Tretta (トレッタ), has the ability Levitate, is stored in a Cherish Ball and knows the moves: Shock Wave, Astonish, Trick and Thunder Wave.

The Pokémon Tretta Set 3: Search for the Ultimate Partners!

The Pokémon Tretta Set 3: Search for the Ultimate Partners! (ザ・ポケモントレッタ 03弾 さがせ!さいきょうのなかま) will be available in Japanese arcades starting on September 25th, 2014. The Legend class Dialga appears as well as the Master class Lizardon and Bangiras who can Mega Evolve. The Combo mark returns with the Meowstic Tretta's and it allows players to use two specific Pokémon together to perform a combo attack.

The Pokémon Pan x Pokémon Tretta x Namco Get Darkrai Campaign (ポケモンパン×ポケモントレッタ×ナムコ 「ダークライ」ゲットキャンペーン) runs in Japan from September 4th, 2014 until October 31st, 2014. Tretta players that purchase at least two specially labeled Pokémon Pan products can trade-in the included vouchers at one of over 200 participating Namco arcade locations for a limited edition Darkrai Rookie Tretta. The exchange period is from October 3rd, 2014 until November 30th, 2014.

The official Japanese Pokémon website has revealed the Pokémon White Mega Gengar Campaign (ポケモン 白いメガゲンガーキャンペーン) which will take place from September 13th, 2013 until October 14th, 2014. A Shiny Level 25 Gengar distribution is the highlight of the campaign. The Gengar knows the following moves: Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave, Confuse Ray and Astonish. It is holding a Gengarite allowing it to Mega Evolve and is stored in a Dusk Ball. Sludge Wave is a move that Gengar can't normally learn.

The Great Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minato Mirai (ピカチュウ大量発生チュウ! at 横浜みなとみらい) was announced on the official Japanese Pokémon website. The will take place from August 9th, 2014 until August 17th, 2014 at Yokohama Minato Mirai. Various festivities will take place at the event which focuses on Pikachu. A Pikachu will be distributed at different locations and its OT is different depending on where it is received.

The 11th Pokémon Tretta Set entitled The Pokémon Tretta Set 2: Xerneas and Yveltal (ザ・ポケモントレッタ 02弾 ゼルネアスとイベルタル) has been announced and will be available in Japanese arcades on July 10th, 2014 at around the time the 17th Pocket Monsters movie is released in Japan on July 19th, 2014. Xerneas and Yveltal made their debut in Tretta.

The section on the previously announced MonColle photo contest has been updated with further information now that the first of the two contests has started accepting entries.


The June 15th episode of Pokémon Get TV will show you how to take funny MonColle pictures!
The June 15th episode of "Pokémon Get TV" will be a Pokémon movie special! In the episode's "Funny MonColle Pictures" segment, you will be shown how to take funny photos! Use it as inspiration for your contest entries!

At Yomiuri Land (Tokyo):
All park passes give you one free attempt. Further attempts are 300 yen a piece (park entrance ticket comes in addition to this)
At Hirakata Park (Osaka):
Attempts are 300 yen upon the presentation of a Free Pass, a Ride Ticket or a single clip from a Clip Ticket 7. Park entrance ticket comes in addition to this.

A grand exhibition of historical Pokémon movie highlights, from the original "Mewtwo Strikes Back" to the most recent "Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction", will be held! There will also be a shop where you can buy merchandise not sold outside this event, as well as a "Pikachu Cafe" with a special menu!!

The International Tokyo Toy Show 2014 (東京おもちゃショー2014) takes place at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center (Tokyo Big Sight) West Exhibition Hall 1-4 3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo on June 12th, 2014 to June 15th, 2014. It is open to the public on June 14th and 15th.

Challenge Cup ~Lizardon Challenge!!~ (チャレンジカップ~リザードンに挑戦!!~) will be available for players to participate in. Those that win will get the Lizardon Trophy Tretta but for those that do not win, they will receive a Darumakka Rookie Tretta instead. Tretta Leader Kenta (トレッタリーダーのケント) will be on-hand.

The official Pokémon Tretta website has announced that Rica Matsumoto and Gero will both be on-hand at the Takara Tomy booth in the Tretta corner on June 14th, 2014 and that there will be a performance of the anime theme song Aim To Be A Pokémon Master (めざせポケモンマスター). 50 tickets will be distributed for the performance.

The next expansion set to the arcade game Pokémon Tretta has been announced. The Pokémon Tretta Set 1: Witness the Mega Evolutions (ザ・ポケモントレッタ 01弾 メガシンカをたいけんせよ) will feature the debut of Mega Evolved Pokémon and the use of the Pokémon Mega Ring. A red sparkly Master Tretta also makes it debut as does the Mega Evolve symbol on certain Tretta's.

During battle, when the player receives damage, the "partner gauge" will fill up. When it reaches "MAX", the player will be able to Mega Evolve. Players can then use their Pokémon Mega Ring to evolve the Pokémon. Players do not need to have the Mega Ring bracelet to Mega Evolve in the game as they can borrow a Key Stone from the Pokémon Tretta League by selecting the Mega Evolve symbol on the selection wheel.

Initially revealed earlier in the year and in the March 2014 issue of Corocoro, further details and high resolution pictures of the Pokémon Mega Ring (ポケモンメガリング) have been released by Takara TOMY. The Mega Ring is a bracelet device that allows a Pokémon Trainer to instructed their Pokémon to Mega Evolve. The Pokémon Mega Ring toy reproduces every detail of the bracelet from the games and the anime. People can wear it around just like a real Pokémon Trainer. The Key Stone (キーストーン) is fitted in the center of the bracelet with the Mega Symbol pattern.

The Pokémon Mega Ring will go on sale in Japan on April 17th, 2014 for 1,080yen. A Pocket Monsters Pokémon Mega Ring Special Set (ポケットモンスター ポケモンメガリング スペシャルセット) featuring a Bashamo figure and a Burshamonite (バシャーモナイト) will go on sale the same day for 3,280yen.

Beginning with the release of the 3 Monster Collection Mega Evolution Packs (モンスターコレクション メガシンカパック) featuring Mega Lucario, Mega Mewtwo and Mega Burshamo in March of 2014, the Pokémon Mega Ring's Key Stone will emit 7 different colors when it comes in contact with Mega Stones included in those packs.

The The Pokémon Tretta Set 1: Witness the Mega Evolutions , which is featured the Pocket Monsters X and Y series, will have an upgrade to allow players to use the Pokémon Mega Ring.
