Snubbull is a well looked after Pokémon who belongs to a wealthy lady called Madame Muchmoney. Madame Muchmoney spoils and pampers Snubbull a great deal. However, the Snubbull wanted more freedom and frequently ran away from home only to be caught by Muchmoney's butlers. After seeing how much Snubbull enjoyed itself when it battled Meowth, Jessie, James and their Pokémon, Madame Muchmoney money tried to please Snubbull by building an outdoor park. Snubbull had fond memories of biting onto Meowth's tale and left the park to pursue it.
