New Details Revealed for Relaxing Life Simulation Game Pokémon Pokopia
Latest Trailer Showcases Key Steps for Building a Pokémon Paradise and Some Slightly Peculiar Pokémon
BELLEVUE, Wash. – Nov. 13, 2025 – Today, the Pokémon Company group revealed an in-depth look at Pokémon Pokopia – a relaxing life simulation game releasing on March 5, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2 – via a new trailer on the official Pokémon YouTube channel.
A New Life from the Ground Up
In Pokémon Pokopia, players play as a Ditto that has awoken from a long slumber and transformed to look like a human. Ditto meets the peculiar Professor Tangrowth, who has been living all alone in a place where humans and Pokémon once lived—and appears to be wearing human tools. Seeing the withered grass and trees, Ditto decides to build the area anew by crafting items and learning moves from other Pokémon, creating a utopia for everyone to live in, one step at a time.
Building the Ideal Space
The player can learn moves from the Pokémon they meet, helping to create habitats where different Pokémon will appear. The moves they learn can also be used for other purposes, such as smashing walls with Rock Smash, adding more greenery with Leafage, going from mountain to mountain in a single leap with Glide, or travelling across water with Surf.
Players can also interact with the Pokémon they meet, including playing jump rope with Bulbasaur’s vines, having Charmander light fires, or teaming up with lots of Pokémon to build houses to live in.
Pokémon may come to the player with requests for making their environment a more comfortable place to live. Some will even have important requests tied to solving larger problems. Fulfilling these requests will lead to the development of the entire area.
Players can also look forward to switching up their look with different hairstyles or outfits, and crafting items or furniture to personalise their surroundings. Up to four players can also enjoy playing together[1].
Peculiar Pokémon
In addition to Professor Tangrowth, players will encounter other mysterious Pokémon.
Peakychu: A pale Pikachu with drooping ears whose fur is a mysterious colour.
Mosslax: Moss has grown all over this Snorlax’s body, and it looks as though a flower is blooming atop its head. It must have been asleep for a really long time.
Smearguru: A Smeargle with vibrant colours splattered across its body. It almost looks like a painter when it uses its tail as a brush.
Please visit the official Pokémon Pokopia website for more information.

Discover Hyperspace Lumiose and New Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC
Pokémon Legends: Z-A Expands with Mega Dimension DLC and a New Side Mission Featuring Diancie
BELLEVUE, Wash. — Nov. 6, 2025 — Today, The Pokémon Company International revealed new details for the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC.[1] An extra side mission within the Pokémon Legends: Z-A game was also disclosed and is available now in-game.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension
The Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC will be released on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, on the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch systems.
Venturing into Hyperspace Lumiose
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension, Trainers will revisit Lumiose as spatial distortions begin to form around the city. Donut chef Ansha and her companion, the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa, will guide players as they explore the mysterious dimension known as Hyperspace Lumiose. This not-quite Lumiose City is home to newly discovered Mega-Evolved Pokémon and other Pokémon not usually found in Lumiose, some of which can exceed the normal limit of Lv. 100 with hyperspace levels.
Hoopa’s powers are awakened when it receives one of Ansha’s donuts, transforming the distortions into portals to hyperspace. Ansha uses Berries to create various kinds of donuts that grant different effects in hyperspace, such as powering up your Pokémon. She can also use more potent Hyperspace Berries, which are useful for taking on the high-level Pokémon in Hyperspace Lumiose.
Trainers will be joined by new allies such as Korrina, a successor to a line of Mega Evolution gurus determined to encounter every Mega-Evolved Pokémon. Together with Team MZ, players will explore Hyperspace Lumiose, uncover its secrets, and tackle the strange events befalling Lumiose City.
Newly Discovered Mega-Evolved Pokémon
Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur will make their debut in Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension.
When Chimecho Mega Evolves, six smaller copies appear and flutter endlessly, even when no wind is blowing. When Chimecho cries, the echoes of its copies overlap and resonate, creating an intense sound-wave attack that can overwhelm any opponent.
Baxcalibur becomes even more formidable thanks to Mega Evolution, generating more ice energy and wielding a back blade that has grown larger and more powerful. With the sheer weight of this blade, it can cleave or smash nearly anything in its path. Players can obtain the Mega Stone needed to evolve Baxcalibur from the Z-A Battle Club as a reward for advancing in online Ranked Battles.[2]
Extra Side Mission Now Available to Get Mythical Pokémon Diancie in Pokémon Legends: Z-A
Beginning Thursday, November 6,[3] players can claim a Diancite Stone through the Mystery Gift feature[4] in the Pokémon Legends: Z-A base game. This Diancite stone unlocks an opportunity to encounter and catch the Jewel Pokémon Diancie through an extra side mission titled “Shine Bright like a Gemstone.”
Once Trainers have claimed their Diancite via Mystery Gift, they can visit the Looker Bureau, where Mimi the Espurr—Emma’s partner Pokémon—will take a special interest in the Mega Stone, setting an extra side mission in motion. Completing this mission allows players to add Diancie to their team, then use the Diancite stone to Mega Evolve it into Mega Diancie, unveiling its radiant Mega Evolution in battle.

Tough Claws (Mega Charizard X) - Mega Charizard X gains a boost counter each time a move hits opposing Pokémon (maximum 3 counters). When a boost counter is consumed, Mega Charizard X’s next basic attack becomes a boosted attack and is guaranteed to be a critical hit. When Mega Charizard X deals damage with a basic attack to opposing Pokémon that have been burned by its moves, HP is restored.
Basic Attack
Charizard’s basic attack becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing increased damage.
Lv. 1 & 3 Moves

Flame Burst - Charmander attacks with a bursting flame. When Flame Burst hits, it leaves opposing Pokémon burned and increases Charmander’s movement speed for a short time.

Mega Charizard X’s Unite Move
Seismic Slam - Charizard grabs a Pokémon from the opposing team and slams it onto the ground from the air. After using this Unite Move, Charizard Mega Evolves.
Press Release - Mega Charizard X Available Now in Pokémon UNITE
Bellevue, WA — October 24, 2025 — Today, The Pokémon Company group announced that Mega Charizard X, a Mega Evolution of Charizard discovered in the Pokémon X and Pokémon Y video games, is now available in Pokémon UNITE.
Mega Charizard X is available via a Mega Evolution Unite license, which differs from a regular Unite license and allows Trainers to Mega Evolve their Pokémon after using its Unite Move in battle. When Mega Evolved, these Pokémon have drastically improved stats and moves for a short amount of time, meaning they can change the tide of battle. Unlike their standard Unite license counterparts, who can choose moves from two tracks, Mega Evolution Unite license Pokémon will also be limited to a single fixed moveset, making for a unique experience.
Mega Charizard X Unite License Event
To celebrate, Pokémon UNITE will hold an event from October 24 to November 14, 2025. During this event, players can complete missions to collect research data which increases their research progress up to a total of 100% – with research coins being obtainable along the way. Research coins gained from this event can be exchanged to earn the Unite Mega Evolution license for Mega Charizard X. After the event finishes, the Mega Evolution Unite license for Mega Charizard X will also be available at the Unite Battle Committee shop in exchange for either Aeos coins or Aeos gems.

The main visual is an original design by Take! It also features Hatsune Miku, Pikachu, and Meloetta!
Today, along with the launch of the special live website, we also unveiled the event's main visual. Take is the character designer/illustrator responsible for the original costume design for the PokéMiku Live and the main visual. They illustrated Hatsune Miku singing joyfully alongside Pikachu and Meloetta in original costumes created specifically for this live performance.
We've received a comment from Take, which we'd like to share with you.
Take's Comment:
I'm Take, in charge of the costume design and main visual for Live!
This Miku is a little different from the 18 unique Mikus we've featured to date. It was inspired by the idea, "What if Hatsune Miku secretly appeared in the world of Pokémon?" We discussed extensively with the PokéMiku team about what kind of look would be appropriate when designing the costumes.
At the same time, this is the first live event where Pokémon and Hatsune Miku team up, so beyond the costume design, we're excited to incorporate as many unique ideas into this unprecedented live event.
We hope you'll enjoy this adventure with us!
A New Song will also be posted next month!
At "PokéMiku Live," we'll be performing all of the PokéMiku songs, including the 22 songs released so far (excluding remixes), as well as several new songs that will be released between now and the live event. On Thursday, September 18th, 2025, we plan to release a new song by a music creator appearing for the first time in this project.
The official "PokéMiku" website introduces all PokéMiku songs, including those to be released in the future, along with profiles and comments from the music creators behind them. Enjoy this site as a way to prepare for the live performance.
Concert ticket sales start September 1st, 2025! Live merchandise will also be produced!
