Biography
Virgil's Vaporeon is a member of the Pokémon Rescue Squad's Team Eiuvui. It was first seen at the ranch but then later accompanied Virgil on a mission to the dam and reservoir where is used BubbleBeam on the rusty parts of the control room door to open it.
Isshu League Tournament
In the preliminary round of the Isshu League, Virgil's Vaporeon was matched up against Ultimo's Crustle and easily defeated it. As a result Ultimo was eliminated from the competition.
