Biography
Concetta's Scraggy is a Pokémon Performer who was attempting to help Cal become the Kalos Queen. It participated in the first round of the theme performances against Serena at the Frey Tripokalon Rookie Class Tournament. It lost the round and was therefore eliminated from the tournament due to the fact it wasn't able to attract enough of the Sihorn and Serena's experience with Sihorn gave her a bit of an advantage.
