The mythical Pokémon Keldeo is to be given away in advance to the three winners of a special Pokémon-related contest that is taking place in Greece as of today. It has been announced that in-store events for the distribution of Keldeo will follow, although the dates have not been revealed yet.
After the designation of the winner and Mario's most loyal friend via the "Are you a Super Mario fan?" contest of www.nintendo.gr and on the occasion of the release of Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, www.nintendo.gr is organizing a unique contest for the community of Pokémon friends in Greece, rewarding them with a special and rare gift.
Are you a Pokémon fan? Have you experienced countless adventures, hours of battling, joy and fun trying to collect as many and strong Pokémon as possible? Have you traveled to magical places, fought endless battles and traded with your friends trying to get the largest Pokémon collection?

International Keldeo events
The official Pokémon site has revealed the mythical Pokémon Keldeo and has updated with information on its distribution. This Keldeo is identical to the one given out to Japanese players of Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 and will be distributed in-store in America and Europe to players of Pokémon Black and White. More specifically:
- In the United States, Keldeo will be distributed in GameStop stores from August 27th to October 6th.
- In the United Kingdom, Keldeo will be distributed in Game and Gamestation stores from September 1st to October 11th.
- In France, Germany and Spain Keldeo will be distributed in participating stores from September 1st to October 11th.
- In Italy, Keldeo will be distributed in GameStop stores from September 1st to October 11th.
When Keldeo is transferred to Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 and players visit a field close to Floccesy Town with this Pokémon in their party, Keldeo will be able to learn its signature move, Secret Sword. This will enable it to change from its Ordinary to its Resolute Form, thus gaining a new appearance. If the move is deleted or Keldeo is transferred back to Pokémon Black and White, it will revert to its Ordinary Form.

Plasma Genesect, All Star Cup 2012, Single Battle Strongest-class Pokémon event, Pikachu-themed 3DS
As previously reported, a Genesect WiFi event is taking place for the Japanese versions of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. The Japanese official Pokémon site has updated with information on this event. The details of the Genesect that is being distributed are as follows:
Genesect's Techno Blast attack changes type depending on the item that Genesect is holding. In total, it can have four different types, which are:
The special Drives that are needed to change Techno Blast's type can be obtained when players take Genesect to the P2 Lab. There, they will be challenged to a battle by a Team Plasma researcher and if they win, the researcher will give them two out of the four Drives. Pokémon Black 2 players will get the Burn and Shock Drives, while Pokémon White 2 players will get the Douse and Chill Drives.

Single Battle Strongest-class Pokémon event
Japanese players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 who visit a Pokémon Center from September 15th until October 28th will get the chance to obtain a random Pokémon out of several that are deemed to be the most powerful Pokémon in Single Battles. These will be selected based on the Pokémon that are used more frequently in Single Battles on the Pokémon Global Link. Pikachu-themed 3DS XL
A new Pokémon-inspired design for the newly-released 3DS XL has been announced for Japan. It's called Pikachu Yellow and follows the dual-color scheme like the rest of the 3DS XL designs, with the exterior being yellow and featuring a Dream World art Pikachu and the interior being white. It will go on sale in Pokémon Centers nationwide for 18,900 yen and only for people who have pre-ordered it. Pre-orders start on August 25th and reservations are to be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. It's only possible to pre-order one console per person and only while supplies last.

The Pokémon Global Link has announced a special distribution for Japanese players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Those who participate in the "Summer Vacation Mission! 2012 Pokemon Sports League" online battle tournament that will be held by the Pokémon Daisuki Club until September 2nd, 2012 will be able to obtain a code that will give them access to a special Pikachu with its hidden ability and a special move. The event distribution will take place from September 19th, 2012 until January 31st, 2013. Players of Pokémon Black and White cannot participate in this tournament.

The Beginning Cup tournament and a new C-Gear skin
Another WiFi tournament for the Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games was also announced on the the Pokémon Global Link website, called The Beginning Cup. This tournament will be held from August 24th until August 26th. People who want to participate must be registered to the Pokémon Daisuki Club and Pokémon Global Link sites and can sign up for the tournament from August 20th to August 23rd. The registration will operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. There are three age brackets, Juniors (for those born after 2001), Seniors (for those born from 1997 to 2000) and Masters (for those born before 1996). The Beginning Cup is a Double Battle tournament and the eligible Pokémon include all the Pokémon from the new Isshu dex in the Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games with the exception of Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect.To commemorate the new WiFi tournament that will be held, a new C-Gear skin will be distributed to all Japanese players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. August 2012 Corocoro Reveals Genesect
Pictures from the August 2012 Corocoro have revealed Genesect (ゲノセクト), the Paleozoic Pokémon. Genesect has been known since information from the rom was extracted from Pokémon Black and White but this is finally the official reveal of this Pokémon. Genesect is National Dex #649 and Isshu Dex 2 #300.
Genesect will be distributed in Japan on the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and Nintendo Zones for players of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 from August 11th, 2012 until September 14th, 2012.

Korean Summer Carnival Pikachu
The official Korean Pokémon website has revealed that a Summer Carnival Pikachu will be distributed in Seoul, South Korea from July 14th, 2012 until August 29th, 2012 for players of the Korean versions of Pokémon Black and White via infrared at the aT Center. The Pikachu will be level 100, has the OT 'Summer Carnival (썸머카니발)' and will know the moves: Thunder, Volt Tackle, Grass Knot and Quick Attack.

15th Movie Revealed for Korea
The official 15th Pocket Monsters website has now launched for Korea and the tentative title has been revealed as Kyurem VS the Sacred Swordsman (큐레무 VS 성검사). The movie will be released in South Korea sometime in 2012 but the exact date has not been announced. A poster and teaser trailer can be viewed on the official site.

Super Pokémon Scramble (슈퍼 포켓몬 대격돌) will be released in Korea on July 12th, 2012 for 44,000won. The Nintendo 3DS game finally arrives in South Korea a year after it debuted in Japan. Reshiram and Zekrom Dolls
The Pokémon Daisuki Club will be giving away passwords for Pokémon dolls featuring mythical and legendary Pokémon in their email magazine once a month. The first such password will be included in the July 20th "issue" and Japanese players will need to sign up before July 17th in order to receive it, if they are not already subscribed. The Pokémon dolls for July will be Reshiram and Zekrom. Our Dream World Furnishings page will be updated as the new dolls and passwords are revealed.
