The official Pokémon website has revealed that the Unova Starter Evolutions will also be distributed to English versions of Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire in North America and Europe. The Pokémon being distributed are the same ones that Japan got earlier in 2015.

The Mischief Pokémon Hoopa was first revealed in November 2013 via game dump decrypting, but the Pokémon Company has finally officially revealed it in the February 2015 Corocoro issue. Hoopa was revealed to be the main Pokémon starring in the 18th Pocket Monsters movie The Archdjinni of Rings: Hoopa (光輪の超魔神 フーパ) and is the reason why there was only a tentative title revealed in December 2014.

World Hobby Fair 2015 will be held in Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Osaka Japan from January 18th, 2015 until February 8th, 2015. Those that attend the fair can receive a special Level 70 Alternate-colored Rayquaza with the moves: Dragon Pulse, Thunder, Twister and Extreme Speed.

The February 2015 Issue of Corocoro goes on sale in Japan on January 15th, 2015 and this article will be updated with more information when higher resolution scans become available.
The Isshu starter evolutions will be distributed in Japan in January 2015 as serial codes. The codes can be obtained by watching Pokémon Get TV #63 and #64 (ポケモンゲット☆TV) and obtaining the February 2015 issue of Corocoro. These distributions are unique as each Pokémon has their Hidden Abilities.

Pokémon cafe ΩRuby and αSapphire

The Pokémon cafe ΩRuby and αSapphire will open to celebrate the launch of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. The cafe will be opened for a limited time at the THE GUEST cafe and diner located at the Shibuya Parco PART1 on the Restaurant Floor 7 (渋谷パルコ PART1・7Fレストランフロア) from January 9th, 2015 until February 28th, 2015. This cafe is opening due to the success of the Meet Pikachu at the Roppongi Hills Observation Deck - Pikachu Cafe that was open in the summer of 2014.

Patrons can enjoy an original menu inspired by the world of Pokémon and its characters. Within the cafe is the Pokémon Gift Shop, where official Pokémon merchandise can be bought including limited edition cafe collaboration merchandise.

A special Pikachu will also be distributed at the cafe. It has the OT: P-Cafe, knows the moves: Play Nice, Charm, Nuzzle and Sweet Kiss and is holding a Sweet Heart.

The Pokémon Centers have begun distributing flyers advertising the Mega Campaign 2 (メガキャンペーン2) details. From January 31st, 2015 until March 1st, 2015, patrons of the Pokémon Centers can receive an Original Pikachu Tretta as a present that features artwork of Pikachu dressed in a Mega Charizard Y hoodie.

From January 17th, 2015 until March 1st, 2015, players of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire can receive 1 of 5 different Pokémon eggs each week at random. Kibanha, Donmel, Tyltto, Tatsubay and Ralts are the Pokémon being distributed. All of these Pokémon can evolve into Pokémon in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire that can Mega Evolve.

The official Japanese Pokémon website has revealed that as a grand finale event before the Pokémon Center Tokyo closes, Pochama and Keromatsu will be distributed to players of Pokémon X and Y as well as Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. Pochama will be distributed on December 6th, 2014 while Keromatsu will be distributed on December 7th, 2014. Both Pokémon will be Level 7 and their OT will be Hamamatsu-cho (はままつちょ).

When the Pokémon Center Tokyo reopened in Hamamatsu in 2007, its mascots were Pikachu, Hitokage and Pochama. With the release of Pocket Monsters XY in 2013, the logo got revamped and Pochama got replaced by Keromatsu.

The original logo for the initial Pokémon Center Tokyo in Nihonbashi featured Pikachu, Hitokage and Nyorozo. All three of these generational water Pokémon are currently featured in promotional artwork showcasing the Pokémon Center's move.

Jump Festa 2015 (ジャンプフェスタ2015) takes place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Japan on December 20th and 21st, 2014. A Massuguma (マッスグマ) will be distributed at the event to players of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire only. Massuguma is Level 50, is holding a Focus Sash and knows the moves: Extreme Speed, Helping Hand, Baby-Doll Eyes and Protect.

ORAS Winning Streak Battle Corner (連勝バトルコーナー)

A Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Winning Streak Battle Corner (連勝バトルコーナー) will also be held at the event from 9:00 until 16:30. Players competing in the competition must have Latios or Latias in their party and the Massuguma (マッスグマ) being distributed can also be used. All participants will receive at least 1 PP Max (ポイントアップ) but for every win, players will receive 1 PP UP (ポイントアップ). Each time players win three games in a row, they will receive a Battle the Guests! (ゲストと対戦!) raffle ticket. People that won sufficient raffle tickets will also be able to battle the celebrity guests. The person with the most consecutive wins will be entered into the finals on-stage and win a Groudon or Kyogre Pokémon Center New Nintendo 3DS.

Celebrity talent and voice actor guests: Ayana Tsubaki (椿姫彩菜), Nobuhiko Okamoto (岡本信彦), Aoi Yūki (悠木碧), Emi Nitta (新田恵海), Aoi Shota (蒼井翔太) and Megumi Han (潘めぐみ) as well as other unannounced guests will be in attendance. The player with the most wins will participate in the finals tournament with 3 of the celebrity guests. In addition, QR codes to unlock Super-Secret Bases will be distributed at the event.

The official Japanese website has revealed that starting on December 12th, 2014 until January 16th, 2015, Pikachu and Mega Lizardon Y will be distributed to players of Pokémon X and Y as well as Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire at all 8 Pokémon Center locations as part of the opening celebrations for the new Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo which opens on December 12th, 2014. The Mega Lizardon Y is a Alternate-colored Lizardon holding a Lizardonite Y.



Lizardon and Pikachu will be distributed throughout the day on an alternating hourly cycle. Below are the times of the day each Pokémon will be available at.

Mega Lizardon Y (メガリザードンY): 10:00~11:00, 12:00~13:00, 14:00~15:00, 16:00~17:00,18:00~19:00, 20:00~21:00
Pikachu (ピカチュウ): 11:00~12:00, 13:00~14:00, 15:00~16:00, 17:00~18:00, 19:00~20:00

Mega Tokyo Pikachu TCG Promo Card

Also being distributed starting on December 12th, 2014 until January 16th, 2015 is a Mega Tokyo Pikachu TCG Promo Card (メガトウキョーのピカチュウ). It is available while supplies last to those that make a purchase at one of the Pokémon Centers. Pikachu has the special move Mega Open! (メガオープン!) which requires both players show their hands to each other.

Japanese players that purchase and register Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire can receive a special Gekkouga (ゲッコウガ). The special distribution was announced in the November 6th, 2014 Japanese Nintendo Direct by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata. Players must register both games on Club Nintendo between November 21st, 2014 and January 20th, 2015. The special serial code to receive Gekkouga in ORAS will be distributed from December 9th, 2014 until January 29th, 2015. Gekkouga will have the same moves that it has in Super Smash Bros. and they are: Water Shuriken, Hydro Pump, Shadow Sneak and Substitute.

The offical Japanese Pokémon website updated on November 7th, 2014 to reveal more details. Gekkouga is Male, level 36, has the OT SmaBro (スマブラ) and has the ability Protean (へんげんじざい).

The Japanese Pokémon Centers have begun selling a Silicon Band (シリコンバンド) as part of the Pokémon with YOU Pokémon Christmas Party 2014 (ポケモンクリスマスパーティ2014) campaign. People that purchase a band for 400yen will receive a card with a serial number to redeem a Jirachi. Jirachi will be redeemable from December 1st, 2014 until May 28th, 2015 for players of the Japanese versions of Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The bands come in two colors: Green and Orange and in two sizes: Small and Medium.

Players of the Korean versions of Pocket Monsters X and Y will be able to receive Se Jun Park's Pachirisu which he used to help him claim the title as the 2014 Pokémon Video Game World Champion. It will be distributed on Saturday November 15th, 2014 and Sunday, November 16th, 2014 from 10:00 to 18:00 both days at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Seoul, South Korea (서울 동대문 디자인 플라자 알림2관). The Pachirisu will be level 50, have the OT Se Jun Park (박세준), will know the moves Nuzzle, Super Fang, Follow Me and Protect, have the Volt Absorb Ability and will be holding a Sitrus Berry.

The distribution is part of the Pokémon Champions Day festivities which is highlighted with appearances by Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori on November 16th, 2014.
