Biography
Hassel is a member of the Paldea Elite Four, serving as the final one, as well as the Art Teacher at either Naranja or Uva Academies, depending on the game. Hassel specializes in the Dragon type, and gets very emotional easily. His granddaughter is fellow Elite Four member Poppy.
