The official Japanese YouTube Channel posted a video for the Pikachu Mega Campaign (ピカチュウの メガキャンペーン) which will take place at the Pokémon Centers starting on December 12th, 2015. This is part one of the campaign and another part will be announced at a later date. Images from the video have been added to an Imageboard thread.
Patrons that spend at least 2,000 yen on merchandise at the store can receive 1 of 8 different Poncho Pikachu cards with an accompanying Clear File. The presents feature: Pikachu with Mega Rayquaza poncho, Pikachu with Mega Tabunne Poncho, Pikachu with Mega Tyltalis poncho, Pikachu with Mega Yadoran poncho, Pikachu with Mega Lizardon X poncho, Pikachu with Mega Lizardon Y poncho and Pikachu with Mega Lucario poncho.
An alternate-colored Diancie will be distributed from December 12th, 2015 until December 31st, 2015 to players of Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire. Details were not revealed.
Players of Pokémon Tretta Ultimate Z can also receive a Mega Lizardon X or Mega Gyarados trophy tretta.
According to the official Pokémon website, Kotone Yasue's Bangiras knew the Moves: Crunch, Rock Slide, Low Kick and Protect. Its Nature was Adamant, it was holding a Life Orb and its Ability was Sand Stream.
The Pokémon Centers will be decorated for Halloween from October 10th, 2015 until November 1st, 2015 and the Pikachu mascot will be visiting locations dressed in a cloak. On the weekends and public holidays, customers will also be able to get a Pikachu Halloween version sun visor as a gift.

PokéToru Nintendo eShop Cards
Two new 1000yen Nintendo eShop cards will be available to purchase in Japan starting on September 7th, 2015. The cards feature PokéToru icon sprites from the game on the front of each card. The card on the left will be sold at Pokémon Centers and 7-11 Stores while the card on the right will be sold at Lawson stores.

Starting on July 18th, 2015 until supplies last, Pokémon Center and Pokémon Stores will be distributing 1 of 4 different cards to those that spend at least 1000yen on Pokémon Card Game products. Rayquaza EX 158/XY-P, Reshiram, Regigigias and Hippopotas are the cards that will be distributed.
The Special Pack Hoopa (スペシャルパック フーパ) will be released on July 18th, 2015 to promote the 18th Pocket Monsters movie. The pack includes 3 booster packs, 1 from Banded Rings and 2 from Legendary Holo Collection. The pack also comes with 2 Promo cards: Pikachu 156/XY-P and Hoopa 157/XY-P. The pack costs 600yen plus tax.
Starting in July 2015, bookstores nationwide in Japan will be be having a Shogakukan Pokémon BOOK Fair where people will be able to buy Pokémon related books. Altaria 162/XY-P will be distributed while supplies last to those that purchase merchandise at the fair.
Starting in July 2015, Marumiya Pokémon Furikake Mini Packs and Pokémon Curry - Pork and Sweet Corn (ポケモンふりかけミニパック ポケモンカレー<ポーク&コーン甘口>) products will contain 1 of 5 different Pokémon Cards. Dedenne 13/XY-P, Keromatsu 36/XY-P, Pikachu 64/XY-P, Harimaron 148/XY-P and Kabigon 149/XY-P are the cards that will be distributed. Furikake packs cost 220 yen plus tax and the Curry cost 130yen plus tax.
The official Japanese Pokémon website has announced that the Pikachu and the Pokémon Musicians Cafe by Sweets Paradise (ピカチュウとポケモンおんがくたいカフェ by Sweets Paradise) will be open in the Pokémon Mega Tokyo Pokémon Center from July 18th, 2015 until August 31st, 2015. The cafe will be open for a limited time and will feature exclusive items.

Sumitomo Mitsui President Ken Kubo was on-hand at a press conference on June 26th, 2015 to announce a collaboration with the Pokémon Company International to issue Pokémon VISA Credit Cards and Pokémon VISA Prepaid Cards. 3 different cards will be available featuring Pikachu as the cards artwork.
Prepaid cards feature Pikachu holding a gift and the other card features Pikachu and Hoopa and is branded as a Movie 18 The Archdjinni of Rings: Hoopa card. They are available to purchase on the WEB for 3000 to 29000yen each with an issuing fee of 540yen and a postage fee of 440yen including tax. They will also be sold in Pokémon Centers with fixed values of 5000yen, 10000yen and 15000yen with an issuing fee of 540yen.
The Pokémon Visa Credit card has up to 5 years expiration dates but have an annual fee. The first year is free of charge but each additional year cost 1250yen plus tax. The credit limit is between 100,000 and 800,000 yen with an interest rate of 15.0%. It is available starting on June 26th, 2015.
Shoko-tan and Little Glee Monster were also in attendance at the press conference to promote the Pokémon VISA Cards. Shoko-tan noted that people needed to be "Level 18" in order to get the credit card and she also explained that she had reached "Level 30" just last month.
Little Glee Monster performed Gaogao All Stars, the theme song to the short "Pikachu and the Pokémon Musicians" and the current ending theme for the Pocket Monsters XY anime.
The Pokémon Centers host test locations: From June 13th, 2015 until June 14th, 2015 from 10:00~19:00 at Pokémon Center Tohoku, from June 20th, 2015 until June 21st, 2015 from 10:10~19:00 at Pokémon Center Nagoya and from June 27th, 2015 until June 28th, 2015 from 10:00~20:00 at Pokémon Center Fukuoka.
