Biography
Nando is a minstrel who carries his golden harp that has a Mew shaped base to it. He is both a Pokémon Trainer and a Pokémon Coordinator.
Nando competed in the Sinnoh Grand Festival at the Lakeside Resort after obtaining the 5 necessary ribbons in order to qualify for the event. At the opening party, he revealed to Ash that he had 7 Sinnoh badges.
He faced Zoey in the Semi-final round of the Sinnoh Grand Festival but he was unable to defeat her and was eliminated from the competition.
