The Rising Volt Tacklers' attempts to solve the mysteries of Terapagos has them heading to the Land of Kitakami to meet with Briar. There, Roy and Hogator accidentally touch a mysterious machine set up at a stall, which causes them to switch bodies.?!

Scheduled for October 25th: "Kanuchan's Hammer Wasn't Built in a Day"
Liko, Roy, Dot and Friede head for Terasu Pool to meet with Briar. On the way, Kanuchan spots a griddle it really likes and starts turning it into a hammer. But then a wild Otoshidori shows up, and the griddle gets...?!

The Pokémon anime episode airing Friday October 25th, 2024 is... episode 70, "Kanuchan's Hammer Wasn't Built in a Day"! Liko and the others start climbing Oni Mountain as they head towards Terasu Pool. On the way, Kanuchan spots some nice iron and starts pounding it with its hammer.

On October 25th, 2024, the official Japanese AniPoke Twitter account reminded that this episode was available to watch on the official Japanese YouTube channel. The video was region locked to Japan only. It was available from October 25th, 2024 to November 1st, 2024. This episode was specifically labeled as a missed-program webcast (見逃し配信).

The episode was also available on the TV Tokyo YouTube channel and the Official Corocoro Channel and were labeled as limited-time delivery (期間限定配信). The TV Tokyo version included the series trailer at the end of the episode where as the Corocoro version had beginning and ending bumpers promoting Corocoro.

Anipoke is just around the corner! A fierce battle with the Otoshidori!? Don't cry, Kanuchan! The hammer strengthening plan!


Broadcasting every week from 6:55 pm! The anime "Pocket Monsters" will start airing soon! In this article, we'll introduce you to the Pokémon and characters that will appear in today's episode, as well as comments from the voice actors and director, and other information you won't find anywhere else!

The Rising Volt Tacklers are searching for Briar, who is researching Terapagos. According to a girl named Seille that they met at the festival last time, Briar is apparently at the Terasu Pool on Oni Mountain! So off they go to climb Oni Mountain!!


▲ Even Cap, who has a lot of battle experience, is flinching due to the energetic wild Pokémon on Oni Mountain.

On the way up the mountain, Kanuchan finds a nice piece of iron! Kanuchan immediately starts pounding the iron with its hammer. But then a wild Otoshidori appears and takes away the iron that Kanuchan found!


▲ Kanuchan swings its hammer enthusiastically. Even during its travels, Kanuchan has continued to find and hammer iron, and the size of its hammer is proof of its growth!


▲ A wild Otoshidori suddenly appeared. It has a mischievous habit of making loud noises to surprise people.


▲ The Otoshidori notices the iron Kanuchan is hitting and flies away with it.

Dot searches for Kanuchan, who has run away after the Otoshidori. The Otoshidori appears again, but something seems off... Is this... Terastal!?


▲ Dot and Welkamo are worried that Kanuchan is crying somewhere.


▲ They found Otoshidori! Is a battle inevitable!?


▲ 2 Otoshidori?! And one Terastallized!? A wild Pokémon can Terastallize!?
