During this episode, viewers could send in a vote for the Pokémon Elections 720, the winner of which got distributed as an event Pokémon in theaters during screenings of Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna.

To send in a vote, viewers would push the d-button on their remote to access an alphabetically ordered list of all 720 Pokémon, then click the green "Search for a Pokémon" button on screen to enter the menu where they could search for Pokémon by the first character of their name. After choosing a Pokémon from the next screen, they'd then vote by clicking the red "vote" button.

At the start of the episode, Citron announced that they would now start taking votes via the data broadcast for the Pokémon Elections 720, which would determine the Pokémon that will be given away during screenings of Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna. Push the d-button on your remote control and vote for the Pokémon you want!
