Vincent Penna Jr., better known under his stage name 'Wayne Grayson' is a New York City based voice actor for the various Pokémon media, joining the franchise with Season 4 of Pokémon the Series' English dub. Originally leaving after Season 8, when the show was recast, he would return in Season 11. Wayne is best known for playing Lance, the Indigo League champion. He has also been credited as "Vinnie Penna".
